Metric Hex Bolts Set (M6, M8, M10)

Free
Set of printable metric hex bolts with matching hex nuts in three thread sizes, for functional assemblies, jigs and prototyping. The creator states the threads follow standard metric pitches and are meant to screw together straight off the build plate, without tapping or post-processing. Included - 17 original STL files: - M6 x 1.0 bolts: 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 mm, plus M6 nut - M8 x 1.25 bolts: 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 mm, plus M8 nut - M10 x 1.5 bolts: 10, 20, 25 and 30 mm, plus M10 nut The source text mentions 15 bolt variants; the source files contain 14 bolts and 3 nuts, all included here. The creator's description PDF from the source listing is also included. The primary model file is the M6 x 1.0 x 20 mm bolt; every other bolt and nut is a separate downloadable attachment. Creator's recommended print settings: - Layer height 0.12-0.16 mm (do not exceed 0.16 mm, to avoid thread sag) - 4-6 walls/perimeters for shear strength - Infill 30-50% gyroid or cubic - Print bolts upright on the hex head; print nuts flat on the bed - No supports needed - PETG, ABS or ASA for load-bearing parts; PLA for light duty - If your printer over-extrudes, apply -0.05 to -0.1 mm XY hole/contour compensation Original design and source images: Tallat Mehmood (@tallatmeh_3175792) - https://www.printables.com/@tallatmeh_3175792 Source: https://www.printables.com/model/1883024-metric-hex-bolts-set-m6-m8-m10 License: CC0 1.0 Universal (Public Domain): https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/ Reuploaded from the original source; not an original design by this account.
