Radius Gauge (metric and imperial)

Sliding, continuous radius gauge for measuring the radius, fillet or round-over of a corner. Comes in both metric and imperial sizing. Handy when recreating parts in CAD, for example for shadow fits in Gridfinity boxes, for getting good contact on a surface, or for realistic models. Assembly (from the creator): slide the slider into the base; optionally add the end-stop, which should be a tight fit so it doesn't fall out. Optional extras: a rubber band on the hooks to keep the slider under tension in use, and a keychain leash to keep the tool within reach. Printing (from the creator): no supports or anything special needed. Designed for a 0.4 mm nozzle - a larger nozzle will not produce the legend details. Inspect the legends after slicing; if they don't appear correctly, try "Detect Thin Walls" or Arachne wall generation. If the parts don't fit on the first try, adjust the XY contour compensation for the right clearances. Material, layer height and infill are not specified on the source listing. Included files (3 parts each - base, slider, end-cap - in metric and imperial): - STL: the plain mesh files, ideal for smooth printing. The primary model file is the metric base; the metric slider and end-cap STLs are byte-identical to the imperial ones. - OBJ: keeps the colour separation of the legends, useful if you don't want to colour them by hand in the slicer. - STEP: for remixing and exact CAD models. - The creator's description PDF from the source listing.
