Reusable Fly Trap

Simple, reusable trap for fruit flies in the kitchen. It has two 3D-printed parts: a cylindrical container and a removable screw-on lid with an integrated funnel. Fruit flies are drawn in by the smell of a liquid attractant, and the small funnel opening makes it hard for them to find their way back out. How to use (from the creator): unscrew the lid; put a small amount of apple cider vinegar or another suitable fruit-fly attractant in the container; optionally add a tiny drop of dish soap so flies that reach the liquid are trapped; screw the lid back on; place the trap near fruit bowls, compost bins or other spots where fruit flies gather; empty and clean it regularly. (The creator also gives a short German version of these instructions: "Wiederverwendbare Fliegenfalle".)
